Hi There! My name is Gretchen and I live in Mars, PA with my husband Michael, our 10 month old baby boy, our 2 Australian Shepherds Josie & Mable, and our 4 mini goats (oh yes they faint and it is hysterical). We are currently under renovations on our property to expand and develop Hilltop Farm which is where the name Hilltop Flower Company derived from. Depending on the season, a large amount of the flowers used in my designs are grown right here on the farm!
After working 10 years in real estate sales I decided 2022 was the time to scale back and (quite literally) smell the roses. Fresh flowers bring me joy and for as long as I can remember they've always been in my home. My mom, Linda who passed away when I was 14 had the most incredible gardens and one hell of a green thumb so I'd like to think she passed her talent and creativity down to me.
The mission here at Hilltop Flower Co. is to curate gorgeous designs for weddings and events with a strong emphasis on sustainability and sourcing flowers locally as much as possible. We have even incorporated flowers grown by our very own brides into their flower bouquets and centerpieces!
