What is the minimum spend for 2023 - 2024 Seasons?

$3,500 is the minimum for full service weddings. For micro weddings, elopements, and weddings with a guest count of 100 or less we can typically accommodate a lower minimum. Inquire to get a clear picture of what your pricing will look like. It doesn't hurt to ask!

What is the deposit required to book?

20% of your initial quote is required to book. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your event. 

What does the average wedding cost with Hilltop Flower co.?

$4,000-$6,000 is the range where most clients land. The size of your guest list, size of your bridal part, the time of year, and types of flowers are just a few factors that determine the overall cost. We give every client an itemized quote prior to booking. We will schedule a  final consultation 1 month prior to your wedding day to get final counts and confirm your selections.

What can I expect from the booking process?

Our goal is to make it seamless and simple. In between booking and the consultation 30 days prior to your event it seems like nothing is happening but rest assured, we are making magic happen behind the scene!

Tell me about the farm!!!

Hilltop Farm is located in Mars, PA and you guessed it, we are on a hill! I've never seen sunsets as beautiful as the ones I get to watch on the front porch. Once the sun goes down we can drive up to the very top of the hill and watch it all over again. We have wild flower fields, garden for flowers and vegetables, and we are under construction to accommodate some adorable farm animals- stay tuned for more on this! Our friends & family enjoy the drive-in movie theatre screen where we play recorded concerts. It's like being at Kenny Chesney without horrible traffic &  parking!

How far in advance should I book with you?

On average, we book 9 - 18 months in advance however, we have delivered some gorgeous weddings with only a 2-month notice. The sooner you book the better in terms of locking in your date, It is also beneficial to know several months in advance of specific varieties you would like to have. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, PayPal and credit card.
